How the month is going, without the export.
What it is
Reporting in a mortgage CRM usually means an export, a spreadsheet and an hour on a Sunday. By the time the numbers are clean the month is over and the answer is a post mortem.
The Leaf360 dashboard answers one question: how is the period going. Six key numbers, a pipeline chart, your forecast against your goals, your referral partners and the team leaderboard, all scoped to one date range you pick at the top. Most tiles click through to the list they were counted from, so a number is never a dead end.
Partner Performance is the deeper one. It is built on every lead in your company that credits a business contact as the referring partner, and it ranks partners, shows the conversion funnel from credited lead to closed loan, and groups production by partner type.
How it works, day to day
Pick a range, read the six numbers, then click into whatever looks wrong.
- 1
Pick your range
Today through year to date, or a custom range on a two-month calendar. It opens on year to date. A few tiles rename themselves to match, so Leads YTD becomes Leads MTD.
- 2
Read the six numbers
Leads, applications, processing and the rest, each with the change from the last period on the second line. Click a tile to open the list behind it, already filtered.
- 3
Check the forecast against the goals
The pipeline chart and your forecast against your goals sit on the same screen, so the gap is visible while there is still month left to close it.
- 4
Rank your partners
Partner Performance shows active partners, credited referrals, closed loans and closed volume, then a four-box conversion funnel from leads to prequalified to loans created to closed. Note that only the Performance Trends chart follows the time picker; the cards and the funnel are all-time.
- 5
Look at the calls
Call history and call analytics cover every call your company made or took on the Pro phone system, searchable, next to the rest of the reporting.

Why it matters for a loan officer
Most loan officers can name their top three referral partners and are wrong about at least one of them. Recency and personality do the ranking, because nothing else is measuring it.
A conversion funnel from credited lead to closed loan settles that argument with numbers. It tells you which agent sends volume, which one sends volume that closes, and which lunch you have been buying for two years without a file to show for it.
- You see the gap to goal while there is still month left to close it.
- Partner rankings come from closed loans, not from who called you most recently.
- Every tile clicks through to the list it counted, so a number turns into a work queue.
- Nobody has to export anything to answer how the month is going.
