Response time

We respond to support email within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern Time. Urgent issues affecting active workspaces are prioritized.

Privacy and data requests

To request a copy of your data, deletion of your Leaf360 account, or deletion of Zoom data Leaf360 stores on your behalf, email info@leaf360.io from the address associated with your Leaf360 account. Include the words “Data request” in the subject line. We confirm receipt within 1 business day and complete verified requests within 30 days.

You can also disconnect Zoom from Leaf360 at any time in Settings › Integrations, which removes Leaf360's access and stops new syncs. See the Zoom integration docs for full details on what is stored and how to remove it.
