Open platform

Connect what you keep. Bring the assistant you choose.

Leaf360 connects your mortgage work to your LOS, your CRM, your inbox, calendar, meetings, documents and lead sources. Some tools connect from Settings in a couple of clicks, some come in through a workflow step, and anything else can reach us through the open API or an MCP assistant. Nothing gets ripped out on day one.

Three ways a tool connects

Ready to connect

A card in Settings > Integrations. Sign in to the other tool, pick what syncs, done. Arive, Encompass, Zoom and Calendly have written guides in the help center.

Through a workflow

A step inside the workflow builder that talks to the other tool with your own account: Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Typeform and more. What it can do depends on that connector's actions and the account you authorize.

Open API and MCP

A workflow can call any web service and wait for the answer, a webhook trigger accepts data from any system, and the Leaf360 MCP server puts your workspace inside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Gemini CLI.

Leaf360 MCP server

Lia works inside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini CLI and any MCP-capable assistant. Included on every plan for a limited time.

Leaf360 feature

Leaf360 meeting notetaker

Send Leaf360's own notetaker into a Zoom or Microsoft Teams call. It joins as a participant, and the recording comes back as a summary, action items and a speaker-by-speaker transcript, on the record. Zoom cloud recordings can be pulled in too. Available on paid plans, from the Meeting Notes card in Settings.
