Describe the campaign. Lia builds it.
What it is
Every mortgage CRM sold in the last decade hands you an automation builder: a canvas, a list of triggers, and the quiet assumption that you will spend a Saturday designing the flow. Most loan officers never do, which is why most CRMs contain three workflows and a lot of good intentions.
Leaf360 has the builder. One trigger, then a chain of steps you can branch with If/Else or a Router, delay until a date or a condition, and loop back with a ceiling on the iterations. Connectors for Slack, Google, Microsoft, Zoom, HubSpot, Salesforce, Typeform and Zapier sit in the same step list as Send Email and Create Task.
The difference is that you do not have to start there. A blank workflow opens with a prompt box. Type what you want it to do, and Lia builds the trigger and the steps, showing progress as she goes and a summary when she is done. She stays available afterwards to add a step, explain one, or fix it.
How it works, day to day
The order most people actually use: say it, look at it, test it, then turn it on.
- 1
Say what you want
A new workflow opens with a prompt box instead of an empty grid. "When a new lead comes in, send an email and assign a task" is a complete instruction. Lia builds the trigger and the steps and summarizes what she built.
- 2
Or build it yourself
Drag steps from the sidebar. A workflow needs exactly one trigger, and once it is set Leaf360 only offers actions that make sense for that record type, so a loan workflow will not offer you a lead-only action.
- 3
Branch, delay and loop
If/Else splits on one condition, Router splits into as many named branches as you need with an optional default. Delay waits a fixed time, until a date on the record, or until a condition becomes true. Loop jumps back, and the builder draws a box around what repeats.
- 4
Test before it touches anybody
Test run has two modes. Sample Data never touches a real record and never sends anything. Real Record defaults to a dry run against real data with nothing actually sending. Live run is a separate, clearly marked choice with a second confirmation.
- 5
Watch it run
Execution History lists every run with its status, how long it took, and which steps succeeded, failed or were skipped, with the specific error on any failure. A run paused waiting on an outside system can be resumed from there.
What you get
The builder, the AI on top of it, and the sending underneath.
Lia builds the workflow
Plain language in, a working trigger and steps out, with the assistant still available to edit what she built.
Triggers, branching, delays and loops
Lead, contact, loan, tag, task, meeting, webhook, schedule and email-parser triggers, with If/Else, Router, Delay and Loop between the steps.
Pre-built templates
A gallery you can load into the builder and change, so you are editing rather than starting cold.
Email and SMS template libraries
A block editor, folders, merge fields and test sends. Describe the message and Lia writes it, on brand from your Brand Wiki.
Bulk and scheduled campaigns
Send or schedule from the pipeline screens, with delivery, opens, clicks and bounces reported per campaign and per recipient. Unsubscribed recipients are skipped before the send goes out.
AI website builder
Describe the site and Leaf360 builds it from the brand you already set up, so the lead form has somewhere to live.

Why it matters for a loan officer
Nobody stops following up because they decided to. They stop because the follow-up was a Saturday project and Saturday got used. The automation you never built is the most expensive thing in your stack.
Moving the build step from a canvas to a sentence is the whole point. If describing the campaign is the same amount of work as asking your assistant to run it, it actually gets done, and the dry run means the first thing you send is not an apology.
- The campaign gets built on the day you think of it, not on the weekend you were going to set aside.
- A dry run against a real record shows you exactly what would have sent, without sending it.
- Unsubscribed contacts are skipped before a bulk send, and they are not counted as failures.
- Execution History tells you which step failed and why, instead of leaving you to guess why a client never heard from you.

Questions
No. A blank workflow opens with a prompt box. Describe what you want in a sentence, for example when a new lead comes in send an email and assign a task, and Lia builds the trigger and the steps, then summarizes what she built. The builder is still there underneath if you want to see and edit every step, and the assistant stays available to add a step, explain one, or fix something.
