The lender who can take it, next to the file.
What it is
A broker's hardest question is not who the borrower is. It is which lender will take this file, at what price, in what timeframe. The usual answer lives in a spreadsheet, three email threads and whatever an account executive said on a call in March.
Leaf360 TPO puts that in the product. It combines two lists into one view: every lender your company is already connected to, and the shared directory every Leaf360 company can see. A lender only ever shows up once.
Scenarios is the front door. You describe the borrower and the loan the way you would to a colleague, and Lia searches the marketplace, including the guideline documents attached to your connected lenders, and comes back with specifics and the source behind them.
How it works, day to day
This page covers the marketplace as a loan officer uses it inside the CRM. The broker-facing product, applications, approvals and renewals, has its own page at /wholesale.
- 1
Ask the scenario first
Open Scenarios and describe the file: loan type, the borrower's numbers, and what is unusual about it. Lia answers from the guideline documents and lender fields she can see. Voice mode works the same way if you would rather talk.
- 2
Browse when you would rather look
All Lenders opens the marketplace. Grid or list, filtered by product category, searchable by name, description, tagline or the account executive's name and email, sortable by rating or newest.
- 3
Read the profile before you call
A lender profile carries min FICO, max LTV and max DTI, min and max loan size, turn times for initial underwriting, conditions, clear to close and funding, states covered, and the AE on file.
- 4
Connect, and they hear about it
Connect does more than add a lender to your list. Leaf360 notifies the account executive by email, or invites them if they have never used Leaf360. If a lender has no AE on file you supply the name and email first.
- 5
Request what is missing
If the lender you need is not there, Add Lender, or Request Lender if you are not a company admin, sends it to an admin to approve.

Why it matters for a loan officer
A broker's edge has always been optionality: more lenders means more files that close. The cost of that edge is that nobody can hold thirty lender matrices in their head, so in practice most brokers run four lenders and send the awkward files nowhere.
Putting the marketplace next to the pipeline changes the economics of the awkward file. The question is a sentence, the answer cites its source, and the lender that can take it is one click from an introduction.
- The scenario question gets asked at the moment you have the file open, not the evening you get around to it.
- Answers cite the guideline document they came from, so you can check before you promise anything.
- Turn times sit next to the guidelines, which is what matters when a contract has a date on it.
- Leaf360 TPO is included on every plan, including Free, at no extra cost.
