Step-by-step

1

Sign in to Leaf360

Open the Leaf360 app. If you are signed out, Leaf360 will prompt you to sign in and then bring you back to the integrations page automatically.

2

Open Settings › Integrations

In the left sidebar, click Settings, then Integrations. The Zoom card is in the Communication section.

3

Click Connect Zoom

You will be sent to Zoom to sign in and approve the scopes Leaf360 requests. After approving, Zoom redirects you back to Leaf360. The Zoom card will switch to Connected.

4

Choose your defaults

In the Zoom card, set whether webinar registrants and attendees sync as business contacts (default) or as consumer leads for consumer-facing webinars. You can override this per webinar later.

5

You’re done

Create your first Zoom meeting or webinar from a contact, deal, or the Leaf360 calendar. New events will appear in Zoom immediately; attendance and recordings will sync back as soon as Zoom finishes processing them.
