RAD CRM alternatives for loan officers: Leaf360 compared honestly
RAD CRM is a loan officer CRM built around automated follow-up, ringless voicemail, pre-written templates and LOS integration, designed to be simple to pick up. Leaf360 is the AI Operating System for mortgage: it includes that CRM layer, but adds Lia, an agentic AI that writes and runs the follow-up from plain language, a wholesale lender marketplace, a built-in phone system with compliance handled, and an open platform with 21 integrations and an MCP server. Choose RAD CRM if you want a straightforward follow-up tool with pre-built sequences. Choose Leaf360 if you want the system to do the work.

What RAD CRM is, and how it works
A loan officer CRM bundling pipelines, email and SMS marketing, funnels, websites, courses and an agent-discovery engine, with LendingPad and other LOS integrations.
RAD CRM packages a general marketing platform, funnels, websites, memberships, courses, social scheduling, into a loan officer workflow, and adds mortgage pieces: LOS integrations, pre-written templates, and on the Master plan an agent database and home-value reports for prospecting real estate agents and past clients.
Communication is usage-billed on top of the subscription, so the monthly cost depends on how much you call and text.

What RAD CRM solves, and what it doesn't
Where it is genuinely good
- A lot of marketing surface for one price: websites, funnels, courses, social.
- Agent discovery and refi tracking on the Master plan.
- LendingPad integration for shops on that LOS.
Where a mortgage originator runs out of road
- The feature list reads like a general marketing platform tuned for loan officers; the mortgage model is thinner than the marketing one.
- Usage billing for calls and texts on top of $197 to $350 per month.
- Pre-written templates and scheduled automations, not an agent that writes and runs follow-up from context.
- No wholesale lender marketplace or lender guideline answers.
What reviewers say about RAD CRM
Summarized from public listings and trade press, September 2026: theradcrm.com, loanofficer.ai, Mortgage Advisor Tools. Read the originals before you decide; we did.
They praise
- Removes friction with LendingPad; broad feature set.
They complain about
- Few public reviews on the major listing sites as of the checked date.
Where I stand on RAD CRM
Not a review site's verdict. Mine. I built Leaf360 because I ran a mortgage business on the tools on this page.
Christian Mourra
Founder, Leaf360. Still originating.
RAD CRM gives a loan officer a lot of tools for the money, and the agent engine is a smart idea.
My objection is the same one I have to every bundle: more tools is not the answer, less work is. Leaf360's partner performance analytics tell you which agents are actually sending closings, Lia writes the outreach, and it happens without you building a funnel. And the pricing is per seat, published, with a free plan, not a subscription plus a meter.
Why I built an operating system instead of a better CRM
I ran my mortgage business across seven tools and a spreadsheet. Every CRM I tried was a database that waited for me to do the work: enter the lead, remember the follow-up, notice the file changed in the LOS, keep the compliance rules in my head. The tools got better every year and my Sunday nights did not.
So here is what I believe, and what every comparison on this site is judged against.

The CRM era is over.
A CRM is a place to put people. It does not call them, write to them, or know when the loan moved. Total Expert now says the same thing to banks. We say it to the loan officer.
The system should do the work.
You tell Lia what you need in plain language. She builds the campaign, the workflow, the partner note, and waits for your approval where it matters. Agentic, not automated.
One system beats seven.
Pipeline, partners, follow-up, calling, compliance and wholesale in one place, so nothing falls between tools.
Open beats walled.
Leaf360 connects to 21 systems, and Lia works inside Claude and ChatGPT through our MCP server. We do not have an LOS to protect.
You should not need a sales call to find out.
Free plan, no card, published pricing, no setup fee. If a competitor is the better choice for you, the page says so.
