Honest comparison

Floify alternatives for loan officers: Leaf360 compared honestly

Floify and Leaf360 are not the same kind of product. Floify is a point of sale: the branded portal where a borrower completes the application, uploads documents, signs authorizations and checks status. It does that job well, and its own users say it does not replace a CRM. Leaf360 is the AI Operating System for mortgage: lead capture, pipeline, referral partners, follow-up written by Lia, the wholesale marketplace, calling and compliance, everything that happens before a borrower reaches the application and after the loan closes. Many teams run both. If you are choosing between them, you are asking the wrong question; you are choosing between Leaf360 and the rest of your stack.

What Floify is, and how it works

A mortgage point of sale: the branded portal where borrowers apply, upload documents, e-sign and check status.

Floify replaces the paper application. A borrower gets a branded link, completes the 1003, uploads the documents on the checklist, signs authorizations, and watches loan status update. Loan officers and processors manage the needs list and the reminders; agents can be kept in the loop.

It connects to loan origination systems so the application flows into the file, and to credit and verification services. It is not a CRM and does not claim to be one.

What Floify solves, and what it doesn't

Where it is genuinely good

  • Document collection and application intake, with automated reminders.
  • A professional borrower experience with e-sign and status updates.
  • Ease of use, which reviewers praise consistently.

Where a mortgage originator runs out of road

  • Nothing before the application: no lead nurture, no partner management, no follow-up engine.
  • Nothing after closing: no past-client cadence, no credit monitoring.
  • Per-seat pricing on top of whatever CRM you run.

What reviewers say about Floify

They praise

  • Ease of use, automation of the document chase, borrower experience.

They complain about

  • Price relative to similar tools.
Our point of view

Where I stand on Floify

Not a review site's verdict. Mine. I built Leaf360 because I ran a mortgage business on the tools on this page.

Christian Mourra

Founder, Leaf360. Still originating.

Floify is not a competitor. It is a point of sale, and a good one. If your LOS does not include a borrower application you like, Floify is a reasonable answer.

The reason it is on this page is that people ask. Leaf360 is the operating system around the application: the lead before it, the partner who sent it, the follow-up while it is in process, the credit watch after it closes. Many teams run both. The question is not Leaf360 or Floify; it is Leaf360 or the rest of your stack.

The thesis

Why I built an operating system instead of a better CRM

I ran my mortgage business across seven tools and a spreadsheet. Every CRM I tried was a database that waited for me to do the work: enter the lead, remember the follow-up, notice the file changed in the LOS, keep the compliance rules in my head. The tools got better every year and my Sunday nights did not.

So here is what I believe, and what every comparison on this site is judged against.

1

The CRM era is over.

A CRM is a place to put people. It does not call them, write to them, or know when the loan moved. Total Expert now says the same thing to banks. We say it to the loan officer.

2

The system should do the work.

You tell Lia what you need in plain language. She builds the campaign, the workflow, the partner note, and waits for your approval where it matters. Agentic, not automated.

3

One system beats seven.

Pipeline, partners, follow-up, calling, compliance and wholesale in one place, so nothing falls between tools.

4

Open beats walled.

Leaf360 connects to 21 systems, and Lia works inside Claude and ChatGPT through our MCP server. We do not have an LOS to protect.

5

You should not need a sales call to find out.

Free plan, no card, published pricing, no setup fee. If a competitor is the better choice for you, the page says so.
