Aidium alternatives for loan officers: Leaf360 compared honestly
Aidium is a mortgage CRM known for enterprise workflows and AI-assisted propensity scoring. Leaf360 is an AI Operating System for mortgage: CRM, communication intelligence, and wholesale infrastructure in one platform, run by Lia, an agentic AI you talk to in plain language. Choose Aidium if you want an enterprise CRM with structured, admin-managed workflows. Choose Leaf360 if you want the system itself to do the work through an AI you can instruct directly.

Choose Aidium (now Lendware) if
- You are a large enterprise lender that wants centrally administered workflows with tight top-down control over what LOs can change.
- Propensity modeling on a large historical database is the single feature you are buying for.
- Your procurement process requires an established enterprise vendor list, and newer platforms cannot clear it yet.
Choose Leaf360 if
- You want one system for pipeline, partners, follow-up, wholesale and calling instead of a stack of tools.
- You want the AI to build and run the work from plain language, not another builder to configure.
- You want to start free today, with published pricing and no implementation project.
What Aidium (now Lendware) is, and how it works
A modern mortgage CRM with customizable pipelines, a no-code automation builder and a reporting suite, rebranded to Lendware after Lendware acquired Aidium's assets in October 2025.
The product is a well-designed CRM: each team customizes its own pipeline and automations, choosing from more than 60 pre-built automations or building from scratch in a no-code builder. Email, SMS and phone live in the record, and a reporting suite with AI-driven insights sits on top for leadership.
It is administered centrally, which suits companies that want a marketing or operations lead to own the setup and give loan officers a finished system.
The business behind it changed hands in 2025. Lendware says it is recommitting to independent brokers and an AI-driven roadmap. Buyers should ask what the roadmap and the support model look like under the new owner.
Who you are buying from
Lendware, New York. It acquired Aidium's operating assets on October 7, 2025 after what National Mortgage News called a summer of turmoil, and installed new leadership under CEO Josh Glantz. The product had earlier been Daily AI and, before that, Whiteboard.
Built for
Loan officers and mid-size mortgage companies that want a clean, customizable CRM with pre-built automations.
What Aidium (now Lendware) solves, and what it doesn't
Where it is genuinely good
- A modern, easy-to-use interface that reviewers consistently rate well.
- Pre-built automations and a no-code builder for teams that want to customize without code.
- Enterprise-grade reporting for company leadership.
Where a mortgage originator runs out of road
- Ownership and pricing changed in late 2025; the track record under Lendware is short.
- Automations are built on a canvas; there is no agent that builds them from a sentence.
- No wholesale lender marketplace or lender guideline answers.
- Company-administered model means a solo loan officer gets less control over their own setup.
What reviewers say about Aidium (now Lendware)
Summarized from public listings and trade press, September 2026: G2, Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp, National Mortgage News. Read the originals before you decide; we did.
They praise
- Easy to use, friendly interface, good pricing for its era, responsive support.
They complain about
- Requests for more product depth, and uncertainty since the ownership change.
Where I stand on Aidium (now Lendware)
Not a review site's verdict. Mine. I built Leaf360 because I ran a mortgage business on the tools on this page.
Christian Mourra
Founder, Leaf360. Still originating.
Aidium was one of the better-designed mortgage CRMs, and I hope Lendware keeps that. But if you are choosing a system to run your business on for the next five years, ownership stability matters, and 2025 was a hard year for this product.
The deeper difference is the same one on every page here. A no-code builder still asks you to build. Lia builds from what you tell her, and the wholesale side of a broker's business lives in the same system.
Leaf360 is built by an originator who still originates, with public pricing and a free plan. You can judge the roadmap by using it, not by reading a press release.
Why I built an operating system instead of a better CRM
I ran my mortgage business across seven tools and a spreadsheet. Every CRM I tried was a database that waited for me to do the work: enter the lead, remember the follow-up, notice the file changed in the LOS, keep the compliance rules in my head. The tools got better every year and my Sunday nights did not.
So here is what I believe, and what every comparison on this site is judged against.
Christian Mourra, founder of Leaf360, still originating
The CRM era is over.
A CRM is a place to put people. It does not call them, write to them, or know when the loan moved. Total Expert now says the same thing to banks. We say it to the loan officer.
The system should do the work.
You tell Lia what you need in plain language. She builds the campaign, the workflow, the partner note, and waits for your approval where it matters. Agentic, not automated.
One system beats seven.
Pipeline, partners, follow-up, calling, compliance and wholesale in one place, so nothing falls between tools.
Open beats walled.
Leaf360 connects to 21 systems, and Lia works inside Claude and ChatGPT through our MCP server. We do not have an LOS to protect.
You should not need a sales call to find out.
Free plan, no card, published pricing, no setup fee. If a competitor is the better choice for you, the page says so.

Both. Individual LOs and teams run on the same platform. Lia handles the configuration work that usually requires an admin, which is what makes the system practical without a central ops team.
